You may be wondering how he manages these positions so naturally?
In fact, from birth, our babies are real little yogis!
Baby yoga is a very different practice from standard yoga in that it focuses on supporting infants in developing their motor skills rather than teaching them yoga poses.
Each pose has a reason for being, whether as part of baby yoga or when baby takes them spontaneously on a daily basis. It helps them become more aware of space, of their body and helps them develop confidence in how to navigate this new world.
